908 Coliving is a tight-knit coliving house in San Francisco's Russian Hill neighborhood, at 908 Broadway. It's a smaller, more intimate house than the large corporate coliving towers — often described as feeling like a big shared family home rather than a managed building. All-inclusive, furnished, month-to-month leases (30 days notice to leave). Amenities include a sauna, high-speed WiFi, daily cleaning of common areas, a large communal living room, and house supplies. The community is known for organized potlucks and a diverse, international resident mix — currently around 16 residents across the house.
